Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about working with a professional Irish voice over artist — from rates and turnaround to file formats and directed sessions.
-
Voice over pricing varies depending on the type of project, script length, and how the recording will be used. For example, a short internal corporate video will typically be priced differently from a national advertising campaign or broadcast commercial.
To provide an accurate quote, it’s helpful to know the script length (or estimated word count), the intended usage (such as corporate, commercial, eLearning or broadcast), and your timeline.
You can send these details through the contact form or email me directly for a free, no-obligation quote. I’m also happy to provide a short custom audition if required.

-
Yes. I can connect to your studio or team via Zoom, Teams, Source-Connect Invite, or other platforms should that be necessary for real-time directed recording sessions. This is popular with advertising agencies and production companies and avoids the necessity for retakes. A live directed session usually carries an extra fee as it becomes a real time directed performance with multiple takes and technical hosting. It requires more intense performance work and a very high level of co-ordination of multiple roles. Normal jobs are priced by usage, script length and distribution. Live sessions are priced by time required and are usually 30 mins, 60 mins or 90 minute sessions.

I can also adjust my Irish accent depending on the audience, from a neutral international Irish tone often used for global brands to a slightly softer regional Irish delivery when the character or campaign calls for it.
